I train every day, compete at national and international level, run my own gym, take on commercial and broadcast work, consult for Parkour UK (the national governing body) — and I do all of it as a dad of two and a fiancé. This is my life — not just my job.
I'm the founder and owner of Spiral Freerun CIC — one of the UK's biggest and most respected parkour brands, sponsored by Ollo and Gymnova. Personally, I'm affiliated with Aside Fitness, Power Fitness, Twisted Generation and The Chosen Few. Spiral didn't get there by accident.
I'm a national level competitive powerlifter. I've competed internationally at the Dubai Games, broadcast live. I finished 7th in the Parkour Takeover League. I've appeared on ITV and in productions for Hampshire Police and Salt Street Productions. I'm not a coach who used to train — I'm still deep in it, every single day.
